paknew Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account on paknew or use any of its services. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 or older. paknew strictly prohibits underage gambling and will terminate any account found to belong to a person below this age limit, forfeiting any funds associated with that account.

2.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) active account on paknew at any given time. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

2.3 Accurate Registration Information. You agree to provide truthful, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details. Providing false registration information is grounds for immediate account termination.

2.4 KYC Verification. paknew reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued national identity card (CNIC), passport, or driving licence, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may have withdrawal requests suspended.

2.5 Geographic Restrictions. paknew's services are directed at Pakistani users. The Company makes no representation that use of the platform is appropriate or legal in jurisdictions other than those in which paknew is licensed to operate. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws applicable to your jurisdiction.

3.1 Password Confidentiality. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your email address and password. paknew will never ask you to disclose your password via any communication channel.

3.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify paknew support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. paknew shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your login credentials.

3.3 Personal Use Only. Your paknew account is for your personal use only. You may not allow any other individual to access or use your account, deposit or withdraw funds on your behalf, or place bets using your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account is deemed to have been authorised by you.

3.4 Device Security. You are responsible for ensuring that any device used to access paknew is free from malware, keyloggers, or any software that could compromise your account security. paknew recommends using a private, secured network connection when accessing your account and conducting transactions.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods. paknew supports PKR deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Visa, Mastercard, and standard bank transfer. The availability of specific payment methods may vary depending on your location and account status.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit on paknew is Rs 500. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account. paknew does not charge platform fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.3 Deposit Processing. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are processed instantly. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are typically credited within one (1) to three (3) business hours during Pakistan Standard Time banking hours. Card deposits via Visa or Mastercard are subject to your card issuer's processing times.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. All withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. paknew does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

4.5 Withdrawal Processing Times. paknew targets withdrawal processing within 24 to 48 hours of a verified request during Pakistan Standard Time support hours (9:00 AM – 12:00 AM PKT). Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods or where additional verification is required.

4.6 Currency. All account balances, transactions, deposits, and withdrawals on paknew are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Currency conversion, where applicable to international card transactions, will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

4.7 Right to Verify Funds. paknew reserves the right to request evidence of the source of funds deposited into your account where the Company has reasonable grounds to conduct such a review. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence may result in withdrawal restrictions being applied to your account.

5.1 General Gaming Rules. All games offered on paknew — including casino games, live dealer tables, slots, and sports betting markets — are governed by the individual game rules displayed within the game interface, supplemented by these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict, the specific game rules shall prevail for game-specific matters; these general Terms shall prevail for account and payment matters.

5.2 Sports Betting. paknew offers sports betting markets including cricket (covering PSL, Pakistan international fixtures, bilateral series, and major tournaments), alongside other sports markets. All bets are settled in accordance with the official match result as reported by the relevant governing body. paknew reserves the right to void any bet where the relevant event is cancelled, abandoned, or where there is evidence of match irregularity.

5.3 In-Play Betting. In-play (live) betting markets are subject to rapid odds changes. Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by paknew, it is binding regardless of subsequent odds movements. paknew may suspend in-play markets at any time at its sole discretion.

5.4 Bet Limits. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all sports betting markets and casino games on paknew. These limits are displayed at the point of placing a bet or within the game interface. paknew reserves the right to adjust individual player bet limits where necessary.

5.5 Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a technical error, game malfunction, or incorrect odds being displayed due to a system error, paknew reserves the right to void all affected bets and refund the corresponding stakes to Players' accounts. The Company is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of displaying incorrect information due to a technical fault.

5.6 RNG Certification. All casino games on paknew that rely on a Random Number Generator (RNG) use certified RNG technology that has been independently audited for fairness. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are disclosed within each game's information panel.

6.1 Bonus Eligibility. Promotional offers and bonuses available on paknew are subject to individual promotion terms that are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between individual promotion terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the individual promotion terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within any specified time limit; bonus funds and associated winnings will expire if the requirement is not satisfied within the stated period.

6.3 One Bonus Per Household. Promotional bonuses are limited to one per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses through separate accounts or by misrepresenting account information is considered abuse of promotional terms and will result in forfeiture of all associated bonus funds.

6.4 Game Contributions. Not all games on paknew contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each stake toward the wagering requirement. Live dealer casino games and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate, as specified in the individual promotion terms.

6.5 Maximum Withdrawal from Bonuses. Unless otherwise stated in individual promotion terms, winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to a maximum withdrawal cap. Any winnings exceeding this cap will be removed at the point of withdrawal processing.

6.6 Abuse and Fraud. paknew reserves the right to withhold, amend, or reverse any bonus or associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or fraudulent activity. The Company's determination in this regard is final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the paknew platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraudulent deposits: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment instruments to fund your paknew account.
• Chargeback abuse: Initiating a payment chargeback or dispute with your bank or payment provider after funds have been used for gambling on paknew.
• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one account on paknew, whether under your own identity or a false identity.
• Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional offers through low-risk or zero-risk betting strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine play.
• Match-fixing and arbitrage: Placing bets with knowledge of fixed or manipulated sporting outcomes, or engaging in systematic cross-platform arbitrage betting intended to guarantee profit regardless of outcome.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players at casino table games or poker to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Software exploitation: Using bots, automated betting scripts, screen-scraping tools, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over paknew's systems or other players.
• Money laundering: Using paknew's deposit and withdrawal functions to launder funds derived from illegal activity. paknew has a legal obligation to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.
• Underage access: Registering an account or facilitating access to paknew for any individual under the age of 21.

8.1 Entertainment Purpose. Gambling on paknew is intended as a form of entertainment for adults aged 21 and above. It should not be viewed as a source of income or a method of addressing financial difficulties. paknew strongly encourages all Players to gamble responsibly and within their personal financial means.

8.2 Responsible Gaming Tools. paknew provides a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible from within your account settings. These include:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps on your account.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum PKR amount you are willing to lose within a set period.
• Session Time Limits: Receive alerts when you have been actively playing for a defined period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a permanent or extended self-exclusion from paknew, during which your account will be closed and you will not receive any promotional communications.

8.3 Self-Exclusion. If you feel that your gambling is becoming problematic, you have the right to request self-exclusion from paknew at any time by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and, once activated, cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. During self-exclusion, paknew will take reasonable steps to prevent you from re-registering.

9.1 Ownership. All content on the paknew platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, trademarks, and promotional materials — is the property of paknew or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 Restricted Use. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use paknew for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from any content on the paknew platform without prior written consent from the Company.

9.3 Third-Party Game Content. Games provided by third-party game studios on the paknew platform are subject to those studios' intellectual property rights. paknew operates as a licensed distributor of such content and does not claim ownership of third-party game assets.

10.1 Service Availability. paknew endeavours to provide uninterrupted access to its platform at all times. However, the Company does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability.

10.2 Financial Losses. Gambling inherently involves the risk of financial loss. paknew is not liable for any gambling losses incurred by Players as a result of engaging with games or betting markets on the platform. You acknowledge that you participate in gambling activities at your own risk.

10.3 Indirect Losses. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, paknew shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of earnings, loss of data, or any interruption to service.

10.4 Maximum Liability Cap. Where paknew is found to be directly liable to a Player, the Company's total liability shall not exceed the value of the Player's PKR balance at the time the cause of action arose, or Rs 50,000 — whichever is lower — unless otherwise required by applicable law.

10.5 Force Majeure. paknew shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from events beyond the Company's reasonable control, including natural disasters, civil unrest, government action, telecommunications failures, or acts of God.

11.1 Termination by the Player. You may close your paknew account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining verified PKR balance (net of any non-withdrawable bonus funds) will be refunded to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

11.2 Termination by paknew. paknew reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account, withhold balances, and void pending bets if the Company reasonably determines that you have:

• Breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Provided false or misleading registration information;
• Engaged in any prohibited activity as outlined in Section 7;
• Failed to complete satisfactory KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Engaged in behaviour that the Company considers threatening, abusive, or harmful toward paknew staff or other Players.

11.3 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. paknew may apply a dormancy maintenance fee to inactive accounts after providing reasonable notice. The Company will take reasonable steps to contact you using your registered contact details before applying any dormancy fee.

12.1 Right to Amend. paknew reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file or via an in-platform notification.

12.2 Continued Use as Acceptance. Your continued use of the paknew platform following publication of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and close your account in accordance with Section 11.1.

12.3 Governing Language. These Terms & Conditions are published in English. In the event of any translation being provided for convenience, the English language version shall be the authoritative version and shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency.

12.4 Severability. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remainder of these Terms and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

12.5 Entire Agreement. These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable individual promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and paknew with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements or representations, whether written or oral.
